Craig James is endlessly curious about people, ideas, and the questions that shape lives. He is fascinated by the stories we tell, the assumptions we make, and the possibilities we overlook. Whether hiking a trail, skiing a slope, sharing a meaningful conversation, or reflecting on life, he is drawn to moments when something that seemed settled becomes worth another look.For more than two decades, he and his partner, Sue, have built and continue to lead CatalystStrategies, better known as Cat-Strat Services, working with executives, leaders, teams, and organizations navigating strategy, leadership, change, growth, and the human complexity often beneath them. Their work has evolved from traditional business consulting toward an increasingly integrated approach to coaching, leadership development, and organizational insight.Onward, Curiously grew from a single word that caught his attention one day: curiosity. Following it led him into questions about how we know, what we miss, what becomes possible when we look again, and when it is time to choose and move.
